Piezo Switches

A piezo switch, also known as a piezoelectric, is an electronic switch that operates using the piezoelectric effect to detect and respond to mechanical pressure or vibrations. Unlike traditional mechanical push switches that rely on moving parts, piezo switches operate through the piezoelectric effect. When external force or pressure is applied to the piezo element, within the switch, it generates an electric signal. This is then used to trigger a specific action or circuit function. These switches are ideal for applications requiring a long lifespan and resistance to environmental factors, as they are IP and IK rated. We offer a wide range of customisable piezo switches, offered in different diameters, with flat or recessed faces and LED illumination options.
