Your delivery date is generally dependent on manufacturer’s lead times, which vary greatly depending on levels of demand and material availability.

We aim to despatch all urgently-required goods within 24 hours of receipt.

Yes, for most new applications we recommend that samples are supplied for verification of suitability, prior to order placement.

We carry a wide range of representative sample stock, and specific part numbers can be provided on request.

We maintain stocks of some commonly-purchased items, but due to the huge number of component variants available from the manufacturers we represent, it is not possible for us to keep each part in stock.

Yes, you can either provide us with your account details and we will arrange for your carrier to collect your goods, or we can advise you of the package weights/dimensions when the goods are ready to ship.

Please note that our warehouse closes at 11.30am on Fridays.

Our standard carriage charge is £10 for delivery of goods weighing < 20kg to most commercial addresses in the UK. Delivery by carrier to Ireland, remote UK destinations or home addresses within the UK is generally charged at £15 Delivery to other worldwide destinations is charged at cost - please contact us for details.

No, we don’t currently impose a minimum order value.
