YW Series - Switches and Pilot Lights

The YW Series from IDEC are a visually similar lineup of pushbuttons, illuminated pushbuttons, indicator lights, selector switches and E-stops. Robustly built, the heavy-duty construction of the YW series makes these perfect for applications such as control panels, factory equipment, and conveyor systems.

The YW series is available with up to 3 contact blocks, either single or double, in NC or NO configurations or a mixture of both. However, only the single contact blocks can be used for the emergency stop switches. The contact blocks also include self-cleaning wiping-action contacts with a scored contact surface to improve reliability.

The excellent IDEC S3 Connect push-in terminals can also be used within the YW series allowing for a safer connection whilst reducing the wiring time.

Designed for cut-outs of 22mm the YW series is available with plastic or metal bezels with the latter offering a more ruggedised feel and look to the end products. The YW series also includes the option of four different coloured unibody pilot lights to ensure your entire panel has a consistent look.
