The HS1T series of interlock switches from IDEC are type 2 low level coded switches available with 2 or 4 contacts. By incorporating modern solenoid technology, the HS1T series offers the industry’s smallest body for an interlock with a locking force of 5000N.
Measuring in at only 40mm by 40mm with a height of 143mm the HS1T is designed with a rear unlock mechanical indicator (a first for the industry) allowing for the lock status to be identified from the front. The rotatable head structure also allows the actuators entry direction to be easily changed to better suit the application.
The HS1T is sealed to IP67 and has a mechanical life of 2 million operations making them ideal for large doors and other large equipment requiring strong locking force.
