Piezo technology is fascinating and a relatively newly discovered technology, which has only been used by manufacturers since the 1950’s. The piezoelectric effect uses piezoelectric materials, such as quartz, ceramic crystals, and certain types of polymers, to convert mechanical energy into electrical energy. When these materials are subjected to mechanical stress or pressure, they generate a proportional electric charge, which powers the switch and allows it to function. 

Our piezo switches have at least 50 million operations, meaning that once installed, they will last! Everswitch’s piezo switches are customisable, with many options of material, LED colour, and much more. All switches are rated at least IP68 and IK10, meaning they’re highly durable and provide the upmost protection for you switch solution.
